Shipping policy

📦 Order Timeline:

• Processing (That's us!): 1-2 days to get your merch ready to roll
• Production Time: Our print partners need 1-3 days to create your pieces (depends on their queue )
• Standard Shipping (USPS takes over): 3-5 business days within USA. Once it's with USPS, it's out of our hands and in theirs (literally)

📮 USPS Reality Check:

• We ship fast and do our part. After that? USPS is running the show
• Delays happen: Sometimes packages take scenic routes or chill in warehouses. Not our fault, not your fault - just USPS being USPS
• Lost packages: Once it leaves our hands, it's in the USPS universe. Cawffee con Leche isn't responsible for lost or delayed packages (we're just as frustrated as you, trust us)
